It should be well-appointed hotel for vacation. The rooms are a nice size with maximum lighting, everything is very good. Really helpful staff here at the receptionist. Our property is set in a central location not far from the centre of town, and Miri's largest mall.

The hotel staff was very rude.

Very kind folks at the receptionist during stay. Huge and brand-new room with a big size bed. Location short walk to public areas and many food outlets and retail shops and shopping mall and nice buffet breakfast. Also, in another shopping centre.

Wi-Fi connection was weak.

The location was good and excellent for Miri, very close to Bintang shopping mall, and Bintang Megamall which has Uniqlo. It was right at Imperial Restaurant, where you can have dinner. The breakfast was WONDERFUL, the room was neat and huge with the big size bed.

This hotel was perfectly located adjacent to a great shopping mall, with plenty of things to do right in the center of town. The staff were attentive and the rooms were spacious with maximum lighting and comfortable beds. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a great variety of choices.

The hotel could improve on its parking and lift facilities during busy periods.

No late check out were allowed since I checked in late night. The system is very rigid and not flexible.

to have breakfast each time moving to another floor. although large selection, bread rolls, peaks, western food and fruit juices only in small selection. for example, no espresso, cream for coffee, wholemeal bread. often unclearly recognizable food and spices in plates and pans. no neutral looking pasta.

Well-appointed hotel that has really helpful staff at the receptionist. The breakfast with suitable food and also top view is good hot for what is offered.

The bathrooms are dirty.

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its prime location in the shopping area and its adjacent shopping mall. The staff are attentive to detail, and the basic amenities are well-maintained. The rooms, with both single and big size beds, are well-lit.

While my stay at this hotel was pleasant, there is always room for improvement to make the guest's experience even better.
